Christmas isn't over. Not by a long shot!

Christmas is a season that starts on Christmas Day, and goes for 12 more days until January 6th, which is the date that celebrates the appearance of the Magi to the baby Jesus. For me, the Christmas Season is the time to live out the gifts of Advent - Hope, Peace, Joy and Love. The Christmas Season is the time to rejoice in the birth of the Christ Child: Immanuel - God with US! God is here, with us, in us, celebrating the gift of Grace which the Child of Bethlehem brought into this world. Each day during this Christmas Season is a wonderful gift, a wonderful reminder OF that gift, given to us on Christmas Day!

How silently, how silently,
the wondrous gift is giv'n!
So God imparts to human hearts
the blessings of His heav'n.
No ear may hear His coming,
but in this world of sin,
where meek souls will receive Him still,
the dear Christ enters in.
